Learning Space Design



TT Partners has played a major role in the development of standards and the design of specifications for the integration of ICT in educational learning spaces.

TT Partners is a proven and experienced partner for assisting our education clients and their architects with determining their ICT requirements for learning spaces, and development of the design and technical specification.

Through extensive experience TT Partners has identified that ICT and AV requirments for learning spaces should be developed as a design brief and provided to architects as an input into their design process for new builds and redeveloped learning spaces.

Key projects


  • Engagment by DEECD Victoria (Department of Education, Employment and Early Childhood Development) to develop new guidelines for the integration of ICT in leanring spaces for all Victorian govenrment schools.
  • Engaged by DEECD to develop the ICT and AV specification for the State’s new showcase school. Our brief was to deliver a ‘world class’ design and reference site for the latest integration and use of ICT and AV in new leanring spaces.
  • Engaged by DEECD to develop the ICT and AV specification for their Select Entry School located on the campus of a leading Australian University.
  • Provided the ICT and AV design and specification for the winning PPP (Private, Public Partnership) bid by Axiom Education (a consortia lead by ABN AMRO and Abigroup) for the build of eleven (11) new schools for the Victorian State Government in the state’s growth coridors.
  • Engaged by DEECD to develop the ICT and AV specification for schools located throughout the state.
  • Engaged by Deakin University to develop the ICT and AV specification for a refurbished campus.
  • Engaged by Deakin University to identify the ICT and AV requirements, based upon their standards, for all learning spaces on all campuses.
